I've been holding on just a little too long, just a little too tight to carry on as though everything is wrong when it's mostly fine. I stay high to stay quiet but it's funny because theres nothing really to say. Dependent until I'm sallow, swallowed by the shallow every day.

You can swim or float, but you don't even know what you're heading towards. Remember every word, everything that you've learned, just to lose it for love. You found somebody to tell, but they already know, so they hold you close. They're looking for the same, and I guess in a way, it's all anyone does.
